Tami Kinnersley, RN, BSN, CDE, CPT
Tami
earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Georgia Baptist College of
Nursing of Mercer University, Atlanta, Georgia. Her work experience and
background has been in pediatrics. A variety of disciplines: endocrinology,
gastroenterology, orthopedics, oncology and neurology in the hospital
setting. Tami joined PEA in June 2007. She is a Certified Diabetes Educator,
Insulin pump trainer and sensor trainer for continuous glucose monitors.
She enjoys educating families about diabetes and how to live happy life
with this chronic illness. She is pursuing a degree as a Clinical Nurse
Specialist/ Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Georgia State University.
