General Practice Information
All appointments are scheduled through the main office. ALL billing inquiries,
mail, etc. must be sent to the main office.
Office telephone hours are 9:00 am to 12 noon, and 1:30 pm to 4:45 pm.
If during this time the office staff is helping other families, please
leave a complete message including your child's name, your phone number
and your concern.
